BulldogsBark was created to foster peer-to-peer student support. We have a zero-tolerance policy for academic dishonesty.

• No Exam Leaking: Posting, distributing, requesting, selling, or sharing official examination sheets, answer keys, midterm/final papers, or proprietary testing content from National University is strictly illegal.
• Cheating & Homework Services: Offering paid cheating services or requesting someone to take exams or write graded assignments on your behalf is prohibited.
• Consequences: Violations of academic integrity will result in an immediate lifetime ban. We reserve the right to report violating accounts, emails, and transaction records to the National University Office of Student Affairs (OSA).

To keep our campus packs safe and friendly, we enforce a strict standard of behavior. Engaging in cyberbullying is illegal under Philippine Law (Republic Act No. 10627, or the "Anti-Bullying Act of 2013") and RA 10175 ("Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012").

• No Harassment or Cyberbullying: You may not stalk, threaten, abuse, intimidate, defame, or target any student, faculty member, or university staff.
• No Derogatory Content: Posting hateful, offensive, discriminatory, or derogatory remarks regarding race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or physical appearance is strictly prohibited.
• No Doxxing: Sharing private personal data of others (full names, personal phone numbers, physical addresses, private social media profiles) without their explicit consent is a severe violation.
• Anonymous Postings: Although you can toggle "Post Anonymously," admins can view your account name/email to ensure campus safety. Anonymous posting is not a shield for illegal conduct.

BulldogsBark acts solely as a listing board for student trade and housing.

• Financial Risk: We do not verify sellers, buyers, or housing conditions. All monetary transactions, agreements, and viewings are arranged entirely off-platform between the respective students.
• Physical Safety: We recommend meeting in secure, public, on-campus locations for trades. Do not pay security deposits or rent without physically visiting a property.
• Loss Release: BulldogsBark is not responsible for any scams, defective goods, rental contract disputes, or financial losses.

To shield this platform and its creators from lawsuits, you agree to the following legally binding clauses:

• Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall BulldogsBark, its creators, developers, administrators, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or interactions with other users.
• Indemnification Clause: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BulldogsBark, its creators, and administrators from and against any claims, actions, suits, demands, liabilities, and settlements (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising from your violation of these terms or posting of content.
• Compliance with Law: You agree to comply with all local laws, including but not limited to the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and the Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 (RA 10627).

We empower our community to self-regulate through our reporting tools.

• Users can flag posts or ads containing derogatory content, cyberbullying, or academic integrity violations.
• Administrators review reports daily and reserve the sole right to delete listings, edit threads, or suspend accounts without prior warning.
